Governing Law and Disputes

The Agreement shall be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising in relation to or as a consequence of the Agreement, which cannot be settled amicably through negotiations between the parties, shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Oslo, Norway
