These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of ZTL's Payment Solution and related services, which are integrated via APIs with the Partner's Software Solution. In addition to these Terms, the Partner and ZTL have entered into the ZTL partner agreement (the "Partner Agreement"). Together, these Terms and the Partner Agreement constitute a legally binding agreement between ZTL and the Partner (each as identified in the Partner Agreement) regarding the integration and use of ZTL's Payment Solution (the "Agreement").

These Terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both ZTL and the Partner in relation to the integration and use of ZTL's Payment Solution under the Agreement.

ZTL may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or business operations in accordance with the terms set out in section N. Any modifications will be posted on this page.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistencies between these Terms and the Partner Agreement, the terms of the Partner Agreement shall prevail.
