Changes

ZTL may update these Terms from time to time. ZTL will provide the Partner with written notice of all changes made to these Terms.

Changes to the Terms made by ZTL in accordance with this section will become effective seven (7) months after ZTL's notice to the Partner thereof. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, changes implementing requirements mandated by Regulatory Requirements or other applicable law may become effective sooner, as set out in ZTL's notice.

Changes to the Payment Solution and ZTL's services
ZTL may at its own discretion implement changes to the Payment Solution as a result of legal and/or Regulatory Requirements, security measures or similar. In addition, ZTL may implement changes to its services in order to optimize or rationalize ZTL’s business from time to time, e.g. in the form of Releases. ZTL will inform the Partner of any changes with a reasonable notice taking into consideration the nature of the change.
